We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Whenever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
In the event of cancellation, $150 of the initial deposit is nonrefundable. However, subsequent payments and moneys may be transferable or refundable dependent upon the date of cancellation. P.A.C.E. Travel must receive written notice of cancellation from THE PASSENGER no less than forty-five (45) prior to the scheduled departure date. Any notice of cancellation received after forty-five (45) days prior to departure will result in no refund. Note: Money spent on nonrefundable show and/or concert tickets plus the $150 deposit is completely nonrefundable. In addition, any money which is nonrefundable to P.A.C.E. Travel will be nonrefundable to THE PASSENGER regardless of the date of cancellation.
